Accounting Coordinator (5111)

Our client is an American multinational company with global operations and is seeking a Accounting Coordinator in its subsidiary located in Blumenau. This position is a hands-on role and will work closely with the Finance Director of the parent company in the United States.

O que você irá fazer
Registration and/or supervision of accounting records of the different accounting divisions – general or financial accounting, fixed assets and depreciation, responsibility centers, cost centers, and respective reconciliation of accounts;
Accounts Receivable – invoice, charges, and emission of invoices and receipts;
Accounts Payable – Invoice releasing and payment planning;
Knowledge on taxes for consulting companies;
Weekly or monthly bank reconciliation;
Account closing procedures – monthly, quarterly, or annually, as appropriate;
Preparation of the monthly report with financial results and respective analysis;
Preparation of supporting documentation for internal and external audit;
Perform administrative management of physical facilities, ensuring control and proper use of assets, maintaining policies of good use and safety practices;
Definition of procedures and internal policies;
Preparation of Financial Statements including the Balance Sheet, Results and Report Statement, and Annual Accounts;
Responsible for the company’s tax situation. The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely and reliable delivery of Tax Returns as well as interacting directly with the Tax Administration. 

Requisitos
Indispensable: A bachelor degree in Accounting.
Advanced English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills.

Desirable: Knowledge of Netsuite ERP.
CRC Desirable.
